Sky and Garden Wedding Timeline
1 hour before wedding: Be at Sky Site with Hair and Make up completed—a dressing room is available to the Bride only prior to the ceremony.
Groom/All Attendants will need to arrive dressed and ready one hour before as well.
Make sure you have both Marriage License and rings—hand the license to the coordinator.
While Bride is getting ready, the coordinator will walk the Groom/All Attendants through the ceremony and introduce him to the Minister.
After the Bride is ready, the coordinator will then talk her through the ceremony. Special music of your own is allowed, however we do need it in the format of a CD.
After the Bride has spoken with the coordinator, the photographer will take some before shots.
Ceremony is to start on time (remember Late Weddings will be rescheduled and a minimum of $150.00 will be charged).
During the Ceremony and after more photos will be taken. No other photos are allowed.
After you walk down the aisle if you have lovebirds you walk directly back to the front to do the release.
Guests will need to go directly to reception site after Ceremony so the photographer can focus on taking as many great photos as possible.
Once the photographer is finished, you will meet back with the coordinator to pickup your license and other belongings.
The following is for receptions that Almost Heaven Caters. If you are providing your own catering, the staff including the photographer will leave at this time.
*If your reception is with us, we encourage the guests to have appetizers (if provided) while you are taking photos or begin in the buffet which ever you choose.
If you plan on being announced, we encourage that once you enter the pavilion to go ahead and begin your meal.
After the Bride and Groom have eaten, we will begin the first dance.
If you are having a Father/Daughter dance and/or Mother/Son dance this will take place while everyone is eating and can focus on you.
Once everyone has eaten or close to being done, we will cut the cake.
If a toast is to be given, it should be right after the cake cutting.
If you want to throw your bouquet and/or garter this will take place shortly after the cut caking/toast.
Once all has happened, the coordinators and photographer will leave and the DJ will take over.
Please send us as many details as you can. Example: If you plan on bringing your own bar. How many tables you would like set up, etc.
Our Coordinators will be contacting you for more detailed information 1-2 weeks prior to your wedding. They will be able to answer any questions at that time. However, they are not able to change, add or remove anything from your package.
