Sky and Garden Wedding

For Wedding in the Sky or Wedding in the Garden Packages: 2 Hours at the Site**

• The Bride,Groom and Wedding Party need to arrive 1 hour before Ceremony time.  Bride needs to have her hair & makeup completed - a Bridal Dressing Room is provided for the Bride only.  Your arrival time is important ~ so don't be late!  The Groom & the Wedding Party will need  to come dressed & ready.  While the Bride is getting dressed the wedding coordinator will walk the Groom and Wedding Party through the Ceremony & introduce the Groom to the Minister.
• After the Bride has dressed in the Bridal Dressing Room, the wedding coordinator will talk the Bride through the Ceremony.  Special music of your own is allowed (if music is included in your package).  We request the music be in audio CD format in the order to be played.  The photographer will take the photographs of the Bride in the Bridal Dressing Room at this time.
• Please have your Guests arrive 30 minutes before the Ceremony time.  (Please include directions to the location in your invitations.)  Late weddings can result in a minimum charge of $500.00 or even rescheduling if we do not have time to complete the Ceremony.  If a Wedding is running late, as long as we have time to perform the Ceremony this fee will not charged but it may cut into your photography time.
• During the Ceremony and afterwards more photographs will be taken by our professional photographer.  No other photos or videos are allowed on Almost Heaven Property while our photographer is working.  Please ask your Guests to leave their cameras & video equipment in their cars.  If time allows after our photographer has completed your photo shoot, your Guests may take photos.
• Guests will need to go directly to the reception site after the Ceremony & family photographs are complete so the photographer can focus on taking as many great photos of the Bride & Groom as possible.  The average total of photographs taken is 100 - 150 for you to choose from.
• Once the photographer is finished, you will meet back with the wedding coordinator to pick up your marriage license, photo ordering instructions and belongings.
• ** Please check your confirmation letter to verify your arrival & departure times.  Some packages are customized to a total of 1 hour or less at the venue. **
