Gatlinburg Wedding Chapel by the Stream is a romantic Gatlinburg Log Wedding Chapel. The Chapel itself is made from huge logs complimented by stained glass windows. It is the perfect setting for up to 25 guests with a small mountain stream, covered walking bridge and a charming gazebo. It offers many beautiful photo opportunities. You may choose the Chapel, Covered Foot Bridge or Gazebo for your Ceremony. Add Guests to any Private Ceremony for a nominal fee. Our Chapel also provides you with a Bride’s private dressing room as well as top notch video equipment to provide you with your everlasting memories. Located just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg & the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Chapel Wedding Timeline

The Chapel by the Stream is located at 4309 East Parkway, Gatlinburg, Tennessee 37738. Please call us prior to your wedding date for directions.
Please don't forget to bring your Marriage License & rings!
The Bride & Groom should arrive 30 minutes before the Ceremony time. The Bride should have her hair & makeup completed prior to arrival.
Your Guests should arrive 15 minutes before the Ceremony time and be seated in the Chapel .
Meet in the Log Cabin building behind the Chapel. This is for the Bride and Groom only (this is where the Bridal Dressing Room and office are located).
Groom will need to be dressed and ready.
While Bride is getting ready, a coordinator will walk the Groom and attendants through the Ceremony and introduce the Groom to the Minister.
After the Bride is ready, a coordinator will ask her what music she would like played during her ceremony (if music is included in your package). Special music of your own is allowed. We will need it in the format of an audio CD in the order you wish to have it played.
A coordinator will then talk the Bride through the Ceremony.
The Brides belongings should be gathered and put back in their vehicle before the Ceremony begins.
After the coordinator has spoken with the Bride, the photographer will begin taking photgraphs of the Bride.
Ceremony will begin once doors to Chapel open. (Please remember Late Weddings may be rescheduled and a minimum of $150.00 will be charged.) If you are late arriving, you are still limited to the amount of time on your confirmation letter. If necessary, your photo session may be cut short or eliminated so as to not interfere with other weddings.
During the Ceremony and shortly after more photos will be taken. No photos or videos are allowed on Almost Heaven Property. Please tell your Guests to leave their cameras & video equipment in their cars. If time allows after our photographer is finished, your guests may take photos.
Guests need to go directly to reception site after Ceremony/Family Photos are taken so the photographer can focus on taking as many great photos of the Bride & Groom as possible. You will have approximately 15-20 minutes for this. The photographer will take 75 or more photos for you to choose from.
Once the photographer is finished, he will walk you back to the Log Cabin structure so you may pick up your license and other belongings.
Due to other weddings, you will not be able to change after the Ceremony.
